After evaluation by a team of engineering consultants, and alumni and collegians’ input, this proposed renovation and expansion boils down to a very simple goal—bring the Chapter House into the 21st century. They are striving for a high-quality, durable structure that will fuel future LXAs’ leadership, character, and personal growth.

Upgrade fire safety features, adding fire suppression sprinklers and updating fire alarm systems

HVAC system installed and sized to accommodate the addition of air-conditioning to future areas

Renovated Dining Hall with new lighting, tile ceiling, millwork, and furnishings

Update vestibule, upper lounge, mail room and game room to include new paint and lighting

Renovate Great Room and Chapter Work Room with new lighting, new millwork, and new draperies
