Alumni of the University of Illinois’ Eta Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi can be proud of the legacy they helped create and the strength of undergraduate leadership. Durable fraternity housing made possible by a strong fraternity fundraising campaign helped secure a safe living and learning environment. Here’s what they accomplished:

Updated house for ADA accessibility, including a ramp and elevator

Improved the overall aesthetic appeal and value of the house

Replaced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installed an energy efficient HVAC system

Installed fire safety systems to include a fire suppression system

Renovated floors to create a combination of current and suite-style living with full bathrooms and semi-private shower facilities in all suites
