While Phi Kappa Psi at the University of Texas continues to attract top men, they know they are losing quality potential members to other fraternities that offer better facilities. The chance to create a new space that incorporates their heritage while looking to the future is very important to the house board. they can no longer meet the needs of their members; the chapter house is 56 years old and can no longer provide a first-class facility to undergraduate brothers.
