The Phi Delta Theta Chapter at the University of Cincinnati found that it needed to conduct a fraternity capital campaign to fund a major renovation of its house. The outdated mechanical systems and living environment of the chapter house, built in 1920, had to be addressed. An emphasis was placed on providing ample study space and access to educational technology through the renovation and addition to the House.
